Dr. Carl E. Klarner
After becoming a tenured Associate Professor of Political Science at Indiana State University, I left the position to more effectively pursue my research interests and goals of promoting the public good. I specialize in election forecasting, state politics, and state legislative elections; and I am well known for making data publicly available. I provide data and consulting to academics, election law lawyers, and political groups.
